REAL REVIEW · POYJO’S OWN WEBSITE · OCTOBER 11, 2026

Make it easier to ask
for a free proposal.

A mobile visitor clicked “Free proposal,” then had to scroll past an introduction and three explanatory steps before reaching the first field. We turned that specific finding into a shorter page and a direct route to the form.

This is our own site, reviewed at a 390 × 844 mobile viewport and on desktop. It demonstrates diagnosis and implementation; it is not a customer growth claim or a typical result.

THE FIRST DELIVERABLE

A direct path from interest to inquiry.

Work: put the form immediately after a brief heading, shorten repeated explanations and clarify that every capability is included in the $242 monthly plan.

Completion check: the first input is visible after choosing Free proposal on a mobile screen, the service interest is preserved, and the request can reach the proposal-and-email workflow.

Business hypothesis: a clearer offer and shorter route could help more interested visitors finish an inquiry. That needs conversion data; a shorter page alone does not prove more leads.

OBSERVATIONS → ACTIONS → CHECKS

The evidence behind the change.

01 / The next step was too far away.

Observed: after the homepage proposal link, the first field began approximately 1,030 pixels below the top of the mobile view.

Changed: a short explanation now leads straight into the form. Signup uses the same request: the visitor gets an email sign-in link and does not need to create a password.

02 / The page repeated its own explanation.

Observed: the homepage was approximately 21,600 pixels tall on that phone viewport. Several sections repeated the proposal, setup and weekly improvement process.

Changed: consolidated the offer, proof and process. The first-month detail remains available in an expandable section, and specific services have their own pages.

03 / Included services looked like separate purchases.

Observed: “Choose your starting point” appeared above the service directory. It did not make inclusion clear at the moment someone was comparing services.

Changed: “All included” now leads the directory and navigation. The form asks which areas to prioritize; choosing them does not add management fees.

Same 390 × 844 viewport. Before measurements came from the October 11 review; after measurements were checked on the release preview. These are interface measurements, not conversion or revenue results.

What we would measure next.

Track proposal starts and completed submissions using consented, non-duplicated events. Compare suitable periods and check traffic mix, campaign changes and lead quality before judging the result. Completed requests, usable proposals and actual subscriptions are different steps.

For a client business, we connect the relevant website and data accounts after authorization, test the lead events, record the baseline and make the next improvement from that evidence. We also use close rate, customer lifetime value and agreed acquisition cost when reliable data is available.

How the first month works
  1. Week 1: establish access to existing website, hosting and relevant data accounts. Create missing accounts with authorization and invite the customer as owner or administrator. Create or connect missing tracking, test events and record starting measurements.
  2. Week 2: implement the agreed technical SEO, tracking and first page improvements. Check titles, descriptions, relevant structured data, links and the inquiry route.
  3. Week 3: review available evidence and implement the next worthwhile refinement. Early data may be inconclusive.
  4. Week 4: publish the first agreed landing-page batch where justified, deliver the detailed report and choose the next priorities. Access, approvals and scope can shift the timing.

YOUR BUSINESS GETS ITS OWN PLAN

See what we would improve for you.

Your free proposal uses your goals and available public pages. It identifies the first deliverable, expected window, access needs and completion check. You review it before deciding to start.

All Poyjo capabilities are included for $242/month per business. We agree the priorities and deliver larger work in stages, with weekly reviews and detailed monthly reporting. Ad spend, domain renewals and paid outside products are separate.
