A clear working relationship
Privacy policy
Your data is used to serve your business. It is not a product we buy, sell, or trade.
Effective October 10, 2026 · DOYJO LLC, operating Poyjo
Our promise
Poyjo does not buy, sell, rent, or trade personal information or customer data. We do not give advertisers access to your information for their own marketing, use advertising cookies on this site, or run a data-broker business.
Poyjo is operated by DOYJO LLC. This policy covers poyjo.com, customer accounts, inquiries, correspondence, and information we handle while providing services. Reach us at hello@poyjo.com or through our contact form.
Information we use
- Contact and business information: your name, email, business, website, locations, services, goals, and the details you submit in forms or correspondence.
- Service records: instructions, approvals, work history, content, reports, account invitations, and information available in accounts you authorize us to manage.
- Access information: account roles and, where needed, credentials supplied through an agreed secure handoff. Delegated access is preferred when the platform supports it.
- Billing: your billing contact, subscription, invoices, payment references, masked card details, and payment status. Card details entered in our checkout go directly to Intuit; Poyjo's server does not receive the full card number or security code.
- Security and operation: server logs, request details such as IP address and browser information, session identifiers, anti-abuse records, email delivery status, and policy acceptance records. The inquiry database uses a salted IP-derived value for rate limiting; hosting logs may separately contain the IP address.
Public website and business-listing information may also be used for research. Do not include passwords, card information, identity documents, health records, or other sensitive records in the general inquiry form.
Optional website analytics
When you allow analytics on our public service page, Google Analytics receives visit and engagement information such as page views, general device and browser information, approximate location, campaign labels, service selections, and whether an inquiry was successfully received. Google receives technical connection information when its tag loads. We do not send the name, email address, business details, message, inquiry reference, account credentials, or payment data you enter to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this setup.
Analytics is off until you choose to allow it. Our account and billing pages do not load this analytics tag. We remember your analytics choice in your browser for up to 180 days. When you allow analytics and submit an inquiry, we also store the campaign labels with that inquiry in our private service records to understand which outreach brings useful requests. A completed inquiry is not counted as a payment or subscription.
You can change your choice using Analytics choices. Google processes analytics information under its applicable policies; see Google’s Privacy Policy. Our cookie policy explains the storage used. Search Console supplies website search-performance reports from Google; we do not place a visitor-tracking tag for Search Console.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to inquiries, verify authority, operate accounts, carry out approved work, process billing, deliver updates and reports, maintain security, resolve problems, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Customer materials are used for the requested service, not sold to fund the service.
We do not install advertising trackers on poyjo.com. Analytics, advertising, or social tools on a customer's own website require a separate agreed setup and appropriate customer disclosures.
Service providers and authorized platforms
Providing the service requires limited processing by other providers. These may include our hosting and email providers, Intuit/QuickBooks for payments and accounting, OpenAI services for AI-assisted work, and Google, Meta, or other platforms you ask us to manage. Information needed for the particular task may be processed by those providers under their applicable terms and settings. We limit what we provide to what the work requires.
This operational processing is different from selling or trading data. We do not promise that information never leaves our server. Providers may process information in other countries, including the United States, and their own policies apply to their independent services.
We may disclose information where legally required, to address fraud or security incidents, or as you direct. If an agency or reseller manages your account, we share the relevant work and account information with its authorized contacts; the agency is responsible for its relationship and disclosures to its client. We seek your permission before using private work, customer names, or results in publicity.
Your choices and requests
Routine account updates, task reminders, and reports are on by default for customer accounts. You can change these settings in account email preferences or contact us. Essential sign-in, security, billing, and material service notices remain necessary. These settings do not enroll you in promotional email.
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete information, close your account, or withdraw an account permission. We verify the requester's identity and authority before acting. We respond according to the rights and deadlines that apply to your request; contacting us does not waive any legal rights. Removing access may limit the work we can perform.
Retention and security
We retain information for the service relationship and for legitimate billing, security, dispute, and legal needs afterward. We review deletion requests and explain any records that must be retained. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are removed; we do not claim immediate erasure from every backup or third-party system. No universal automatic deletion deadline is promised by this policy.
We use access restrictions, secure connections, and other safeguards appropriate to the systems involved. Private billing records and access keys are restricted on the server. No system is completely secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Children and policy changes
Poyjo is a business service, not directed to children under 13. Do not submit children's personal information. Contact us if you believe it has been provided so we can address it.
We update this policy when our practices change. Material changes will be communicated to affected customers. New data uses that require consent will not be treated as authorized just because this page changed. The cookie policy and email policy provide further detail.
