Who we are and how service starts

Poyjo is a service of DOYJO LLC. These terms apply when an authorized customer accepts them to purchase services. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business and accounts you submit. An inquiry, research request, or employee referral does not authorize billing or changes to that business.

Your accepted plan, written scope, approvals, and these terms define the work. A specifically agreed written scope controls if it expressly changes a service detail. Our Privacy Policy, Email Policy, and Service Disclaimers explain related practices.

The $42 monthly plan

The launch plan is $42 USD per month for each managed business, billed automatically after you expressly authorize the recurring payment. The checkout displays the amount and the next renewal date. Adding an offered management service does not add a Poyjo management fee. A reseller with several end-client businesses needs a separate subscription for each managed business.

The plan can cover agreed website design and care, organic SEO, local search, social management, and advertising management. Work is paced through an agreed priority queue according to scope, access, complexity, and available capacity. The subscription is ongoing management; it does not promise an unlimited volume of completed work, a dedicated employee, or every project completed within one month. We confirm suitability and scheduling before committing to a major project.

Advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platform. Domain registrations, paid software or licenses, third-party hosting, and other outside purchases are separate where needed and require your approval. We do not authorize extra purchases simply because you selected a service.

Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Intuit processes card payments. You authorize the displayed first charge, secure storage of a payment-method reference, and subsequent $42 monthly renewals for that business. Payment confirmation may require accounting reconciliation before paid work starts. We do not automatically submit another charge when a previous attempt has an uncertain outcome.

You can cancel future renewals in Poyjo billing. Cancel before the next payment is submitted to prevent that renewal. If you cannot access billing, contact hello@poyjo.com for help. Confirmed paid service remains available through its paid term. Cancellation does not itself reverse a completed payment or create an automatic prorated refund. Contact us about a billing error, duplicate payment, unauthorized charge, or service concern; we review the evidence and provide any refund required by law or agreed in resolving the issue.

No higher recurring price is authorized by these terms. A price increase requires notice and your further approval before a higher charge. A missed or failed payment may pause work; catch-up charges are not automatically assumed to be authorized. Rights and remedies required by applicable law remain available.

Instructions, approvals, and account authority

You identify the contacts who may request and approve work. We can ask for clarification or evidence of authority, including when a request arrives from a new email address. A forwarded message or access invitation alone does not establish unlimited authority.

Publishing material edits, changing DNS, moving hosting, launching advertising, changing spending limits, transferring ownership, and submitting verification information require the relevant agreed approval. A routine maintenance scope may authorize specified backups, updates, or security work in advance. We record what was approved and for which version or scope. Silence is not approval.

Provide accurate information and timely feedback, and review business claims, regulated content, and proposed changes. Delays in access, verification, or approvals can affect the work schedule. Do not ask us to impersonate an owner, fabricate verification evidence, buy fake reviews, or circumvent a platform's rules.

Customer ownership and resellers

You retain ownership of your domains, business accounts, supplied materials, and customer data. Where supported, you are the owner or primary administrator of your business assets, and Poyjo holds only the access needed for the service. If a new property is created on your behalf, we arrange customer ownership or administrator access as the platform permits; any transfer depends on the platform's process and your acceptance.

Custom deliverables created for your business under a paid scope are provided for your business's use. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets, open-source code, and Poyjo's existing tools remain subject to their own rights and licenses. You grant us permission to use the materials and accounts you supply to perform the agreed work, and confirm that you may authorize that use.

Agencies and resellers are welcome. They must have their client's authority, pass along relevant requirements and approvals, and identify who controls each business's accounts. Reselling does not give access to another customer's records or include another business in the same $42 subscription.

Hosting, migrations, and access

Suitable Poyjo hosting is optional and included in the plan when agreed. We can also work with suitable existing hosting if the customer provides enough access for the agreed backups, updates, and maintenance. Included hosting uses managed environments and domain mappings; a separate cPanel account or license is not included by default.

Before a move or redesign, we review the site's files, data, forms, integrations, licenses, and hosting requirements. A visual copy alone does not prove that ordering, booking, payment, email, or other integrations work. We prepare and test the agreed scope and seek approval before the live switch. Some third-party components cannot be copied or transferred without separate access or licensing.

Backup coverage, update scope, and recovery arrangements depend on the agreed environment and access. We do not promise uninterrupted hosting or a fixed recovery time unless specifically agreed. If service ends, contact us before the paid hosting term ends to arrange export and handoff. A hosting move and ongoing hosting elsewhere may require your participation and third-party costs. We coordinate any planned service shutdown rather than promising perpetual free hosting.

How work and reports are delivered

We use forms and email for requests and approvals, supported by AI-assisted systems, software automation, and human oversight. The work process and its limitations are described in our Service Disclaimers. We may need you to complete identity checks or other actions a platform reserves to the owner.

Reports follow the cadence agreed during onboarding, normally monthly with weekly updates when arranged. Year-over-year comparisons require suitable historical access and comparable data. We explain unavailable data and distinguish completed work from measured outcomes. Search positions, traffic, leads, sales, and advertising returns can fluctuate and are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use and service problems

Do not use Poyjo for unlawful activity, phishing, malware, spam, infringement, misleading claims, fake engagement, or access to accounts you do not control or have authority to manage. We may decline a request, suspend affected work, or end service where necessary to address abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or a material breach. Where practical, we explain the issue and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.

We use reasonable care in performing the agreed services. External platform decisions, provider outages, ranking changes, and customer-supplied information can affect results. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Let us know promptly about a problem so we can investigate and agree on corrective steps.

Changes and contact

Material changes to these terms are communicated to affected customers. We retain the version associated with a checkout; changing this page does not silently authorize a different price or a previously unapproved action. If a provision cannot be applied under applicable law, the remaining terms continue to apply where lawful.
