A clear working relationship

Email and communication policy

Useful account emails, with preferences you control.

Effective October 9, 2026 · DOYJO LLC, operating Poyjo

What is on by default

When your verified business is enrolled as a customer, these service email categories default to on:

  • Account updates: routine progress updates and changes to your work queue or account.
  • Task reminders: requests for access, questions, approval reminders, and reminders about agreed tasks or deadlines.
  • Reports: the service and performance reports prepared for your agreed reporting cadence.

These settings apply to prepared, relevant service messages. They do not mean every request is completed immediately or that a report will contain data we cannot access. Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation; it does not create a paid account or automatically enroll you in a newsletter.

Required account messages

Sign-in links, security alerts, payment confirmations, billing problems, cancellation confirmations, material policy or service changes, and necessary service-interruption notices may be sent even when routine emails are off. We keep these messages focused on the account or service relationship.

We do not use a required notice as a way to deliver unrelated advertising. Service email preferences do not give permission for promotional campaigns. Any separate promotional subscription would have its own signup and opt-out controls.

Change your preferences

Sign in to Poyjo billing and email preferences to switch routine updates, reminders, and reports on or off independently. Preferences apply to future messages, including messages waiting in our service queue when they are checked for delivery. A message already submitted for delivery cannot be recalled.

You can also reply to a service email or contact hello@poyjo.com to request a change. Required security and billing messages remain available. Turning reminders off does not change an agreed deadline, approval requirement, or your payment schedule.

Preferences belong to the billing contact's account and apply to the businesses managed under that account. Agencies should use the appropriate authorized billing and approval contacts for their clients.

Senders and safe correspondence

Customer correspondence comes from a Poyjo address, normally hello@poyjo.com. The Google manager address splinternetmarketing@gmail.com is used for account-access invitations, not as Poyjo's customer correspondence address.

Keep your contact details current. We may ask you to confirm a sensitive instruction through an established contact or approved channel. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents in a general inquiry or ordinary email; arrange the appropriate secure method first.

Our service mail does not include tracking pixels. Delivery acceptance is not proof that a person received or read the message. Reports distinguish available information from missing or unverified data. Email and form support do not imply round-the-clock live staffing.
