Performance and search results
We work to improve your site's quality, visibility, and usefulness. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level, lead count, sales result, return on advertising spend, or uninterrupted improvement. Search engines, competitors, seasonality, customer demand, platform changes, and your business decisions affect outcomes.
Local listings and search features are controlled by their platforms. Verification help does not guarantee approval, reinstatement, a badge, or a particular placement. We do not fabricate reviews, ownership claims, traffic, or results.
Reports and comparisons
Reports describe work completed, pending approvals, available measurements, and the next priorities. A completed task is not by itself evidence of a ranking or revenue improvement. We identify the source and date range for metrics and explain material gaps where known.
Year-over-year reporting depends on historical access, tracking continuity, and comparable periods. Estimates, forecasts, screenshots, and redesign concepts are labeled appropriately. We do not invent missing history or present example results as your business's performance.
AI-assisted work and review
Poyjo uses AI-assisted systems and automation, with human oversight, for research, drafting, analysis, and carrying out authorized tasks. References to your team describe this coordinated service. AI output can be incomplete or mistaken, so content and changes require review appropriate to their impact.
Customers remain responsible for confirming their own business facts, prices, offers, licensing, and regulated claims. Material changes are subject to the agreed approval process. Work involving legal, medical, tax, financial, or other regulated claims may require a qualified professional's review; our marketing service is not a substitute for that advice.
Access, copying, and technical limits
Access and platform support determine what can be automated. Some actions must be completed by the account owner, including certain identity checks and approvals. Invitations, passwords, and uploaded materials must be provided by an authorized party.
A site migration or redesign is tested against its agreed scope. We cannot promise a perfect copy of every licensed component, integration, historical record, or third-party function. Backups, restores, updates, and security measures reduce risk but cannot eliminate every outage, loss, vulnerability, or incompatibility. We discuss material limitations before a live change.
Advertising, outside providers, and affiliation
You pay advertising platforms directly and approve campaign budgets. Poyjo's fee covers agreed management work; ad spend, domains, and other approved outside costs are separate. Platform fees, auction prices, approval decisions, and account restrictions are outside our control.
Poyjo is operated by DOYJO LLC. Mentioning Google, Intuit, Meta, or another product identifies the tool involved; it does not claim that Poyjo is owned, endorsed, or certified by that provider. Provider trademarks and third-party materials belong to their respective owners.
Scope and support
The $42 monthly subscription covers one managed business and work paced through agreed priorities. It does not promise unlimited immediate output or emergency response at every hour. Tell us about deadlines, urgent incidents, and business-critical systems so we can confirm a suitable scope and response arrangement.
